These terms
These terms apply to everything you buy from Ridgely 3D through this website. By placing an order you accept them. We may update them from time to time; the version live when you order is the one that applies.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. If we cannot make an item - for example the chosen location cannot be printed reliably - we will contact you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
Made to order items
Tiles are printed individually from the location, route and text you choose. Colour, terrain detail and wood grain vary slightly between pieces; small variations are part of the process and not a fault. Base dimensions are approximate and quoted to the nearest millimetre.
Engraved text is reproduced exactly as you submit it. Please check spelling before ordering.
Delivery and returns
Delivery times, cancellation and returns are covered in our Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Content you provide
By uploading a GPX file or entering text you confirm you have the right to use it. You give us permission to use it to produce your order. We may show photos of finished pieces in our own marketing unless you ask us not to.
Map data
Terrain and map data comes from open sources credited on our attribution page. Models are artistic representations and must not be relied on for navigation or safety.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
