Delivery & Returns

Every custom tile is printed to order. Production usually takes 5-10 working days from the time your order and model are received. Pre-printed stock items are dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Orders are sent from the UK by a tracked courier service. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. UK delivery typically arrives 1-3 working days after dispatch; international times vary by destination.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or uncollected, we will re-send it once the return has arrived and postage has been paid again.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duty or local taxes. These are charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

If your model has not yet gone into production we can usually cancel or change it. Email info@ridgely3d.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number.

Under UK consumer law, goods made to your specification or clearly personalised are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel. Because every terrain tile is generated from the location, route or text you choose, custom pieces cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Pre-printed stock items bought from our eBay shop follow eBay's returns policy for that listing.

This does not affect your legal rights. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will repair, replace or refund the item, including reasonable return postage where a return is needed.

Engraved text is printed exactly as supplied at checkout. Please check spelling carefully - errors in the text you provide are not covered by returns.
