Ridgely 3D is a UK-based maker of custom 3D-printed terrain tiles. For data protection purposes we are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at info@ridgely3d.co.uk.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and order details. We also store the model configuration you create - the map location, route file, size, engraved text and any notes.

We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our checkout provider.

We use your information to produce and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, to handle returns or faults, and to keep records required for tax and accounting. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you and, for records, our legal obligations.

If you opt in to marketing emails we will use your address to send occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We share data only with the services needed to run the shop: our ecommerce and payment platform, our hosting and database provider, and the couriers who deliver your order. We never sell your data.

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Model files are kept while they may be needed for reprints or support, and then deleted.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your basket, your saved model settings and banner preferences working. These are required for the site to function.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@ridgely3d.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
